'99 Ducati Monster Dark
24 years and still going strong.
Some people talk about "V-twin power", and they're not wrong... if they're talking about a Ducati. Here we have a motorcycle that weighs nothing, has a 90º v-twin (actually L-twin) engine that basically cancels out it's own vibration, has NO valve springs causing parasitic power loss because it uses a Desmodromic valvetrain. (essentially the cam pushes an additional lever that actually closes the valve.) ...And it actually handles.
This quasi-cafe racer has a small quarter fairing over a custom LED headlight, Termignoni carbon fiber mufflers, carbon fiber front fender and seat cowl over an LED tail light. Turn signals have been updated via Husqvarna, as they are manufactured by Domino and bolt right on. Anodized billet aluminum adjustable levers, black Pro-grips, and billet bar end mirrors complete the handlebars. A Dynojet kit and K&N air filter help with the go fast.
